The services that I provided on this web site are strictly to back up your p.c, Dreamcast games and VCD's which you claim to currently own and wish to protect them from damage.
2) I provide this as a service. I will not be held accountable for the purchasers use of our P.c and Dreamcast, VCD backups.
3) If you sell your original software you agree to destroy the CDR backup of that title.
4) You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these backups and release myself/us from all "liabilities that may arise - expressed - written or implied" By complying with these regulations it allows myself (the service provider) to duplicate and you (as a consumer) to receive the right to use backups.
Further these CD's are for backup of the original software
only and should not be sought otherwise we take no responsibility
for people who use these CD's for piracy .
